1. Services

We provide educational mini-habit programs and related materials. Content is general wellbeing and routine support—not medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. See our Disclaimer.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded, including that services are provided with due care and skill and are reasonably fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

3. Enrolment and fees

Program fees, scope, and schedules are confirmed in writing before payment. Website pricing is indicative. GST is included where stated on invoices.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or submit unlawful, offensive, or misleading material.

5. Intellectual property

Content is owned by or licensed to us. You may view materials for personal use. Reproduction requires written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from site use or program participation. Our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply, where permitted by law.

7. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

8. Disputes

Contact us first to resolve concerns. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the courts of Queensland. You may also contact the ACCC or Queensland Office of Fair Trading for consumer matters.
