Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid mini-habit programs offered by Thrivefaunabone. It operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Cooling-off (online enrolments)

If you enrol online, you may cancel within 7 days of payment without having accessed program materials. A full refund will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method.

2. After materials are supplied

Once digital or printed materials have been accessed, refunds are calculated proportionally for unused weeks, less a 15% administration fee, unless a consumer guarantee applies (see below).

3. Physical materials

Unused cue cards and printed guides may be returned within 14 days if packaging is intact. Return postage is your responsibility unless items arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Transfers

You may transfer enrolment to another person once per program cycle, with at least 7 days notice before the next scheduled check-in.

5. Cancellations by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available start date.

6. Consumer guarantees (ACL)

Services must be provided with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for purpose. If there is a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or compensation. Contact us to discuss remedy options. This policy does not exclude ACL rights.

7. How to request a refund

Email writetous@thrivefaunabone.world with your name, enrolment date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
